We need
Foster
Families!
has natural ears and is a real sweetheart!

She is always up and about doing something,
and she is FULL of energy.  She can play all
day long if you let her!  Mimi walks good on a
leash but could use a little more training.  She
is great with other dogs.  When she first sees
starts trying to lunge at the dog...but it a
GOOD way.  She shows no kind of aggression.
All she wants to do is meet and sniff and
that's it, nothing else.   She is definitely great
with kids and people of all ages.  When she
goes to Mt. Trashmore park, the spotlight is
on her the whole time!  She has no problem
with kids surrounding her and petting her.
She also loves toys.  She loves her tug of war
rope and a stuffed animal.  Everyday she'll
play by herself, entertaining herself and
anyone else around.

Mimi is learning how to fetch.   Her foster
family is training her to sit before being fed
and to sit before going out the door.

She needs a family that is active and the
outdoors type.  When coming home from work,
she's excited to go for her walk.  She'll keep
pacing to the door waiting to go.  Mimi also
loves car rides.  She really doesn't like dry
treats though.  It has to be something wet or
creamy.  Dip the treat in some peanut butter
and she'll eat it up.   She does still have a
little separation anxiety.  She is crated during
the day when the foster family is at work.
She has no problem going to the crate either.
Just say..."go to your room" and she goes
with
no problem.

Wouldn't you love to make this girl a part
of your family?

1-night layover before going to her foster
home and looks like she was real comfortable!
