male. He is fawn in color and has natural
ears. Machi could not be any sweeter in
nature and is happiest when spending time with
his foster family, both two-legged and four-
legged! He is currently living with two Danes,
a male and a female and has easily accepted a
submissive role. Machi loves to wrestle with
his brother, Vader, and engage in “keep away”
games with stuffed animals. He appears to
have a bit of a crush on the female of the
house and constantly checks on her by going
up and sniffing her while she’s lounging!
Machi’s previous owner taught him to “hug”
by putting his head up on your shoulder and
nuzzling close to your neck. Though he is not
currently living with children, Machi has been
introduced to numerous young children around
the neighborhood including a 6-month-old
infant. He is very gentle and seems to enjoy
meeting people of all ages. In his previous
home, Machi had the tendency to chew and
swallow small objects (including squeakers
from stuffed toys). For this reason, Machi will
need to be crated when he cannot be
supervised. Additionally, Machi’s foster
family believes he would do best in a home
with another dog, particularly if all family
members work away from the home. Please
consider giving this loving boy a forever
home!
